Few hours after the phenomenal drama at Kejriwal’s press conference, during which a self-proclaimed IAC supporter, Annie Kohli, alleged Kejriwal of being a chair-hungry fake activist and demanded his true identity be divulged, a revelation of epic proportions has rocked the nation. A new national news channel, Scams Today, proclaimed that the rise of Kejriwal was part of a brilliantly chalked-out, Machiavellian master plan by none other than the Congress itself. It was supposed to be even bigger than the alleged 9/11 conspiracy staged by the US government in order to further its long term goals.
The channel ferreted out a number of classified documents from the dungeons of the Congress party headquarters on Akbar Road to prove its claim. As per these documents, driven by desperation to avoid a debacle in the 2014 General Elections, the Congress hired Arvind Kejriwal to turn around its fortunes. His job description had 2 briefs: the short term goal was to expose scams at a rapid pace so that people forgot the previous ones very easily. This was evident from the fact that in the heap of those secret papers, files of Kalmadi and A Raja had a layer of dust deposited on them. This was accomplished easily as Congress presented Kejriwal with a scapegoat every other day to expose. They didn’t even spare the first son-in-law in a bid to flummox the public. Salman Khurshid almost jeopardized the plan when he forgot the greater cause and took it personally, but a little dose of madam ji’s pep talk made him fall in line.
The long term objective is even more ambitious. The plan is to erase the BJP’s name from people’s minds before the next elections by giving them as little publicity as possible. This way people would have only Congress in mind when approaching a poll booth. They even have a plan to merge IAC (India Against Corruption) with AICC (All India Congress Committee) and call it IACAICC (India All Congress All India Congress Committee).
